Fehrenbach Jewelry can be purchased through this website, by contacting us through the contact page, or by visiting our booth at one of our upcoming shows. We currently accept:

Return Policy

Jewelry pieces may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. The jewelry must be in original condition for a refund or exchange. Exception: Custom orders. Please call for a return authorization.

Guarantee

At Feherenbach Jewelry, we hand craft every piece that we sell and is guaranteed against workmanship and material defects for one (1) year from date of purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Items need to be in new condition. Please call (888) 447-0166 or email for a return authorization.

Shipping

Currently we are only able to accept online orders for shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Fehrenbach Jewelry does not ship orders to post office boxes. Fehrenbach Jewelry is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

  • USPS Priority Mail Insured: Free. (Please allow 3-5 business days.)
  • 2nd Day Air: $22.00

Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.

Orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped within 72 hours. Exceptions: Items needing any customization or special sizing. Custom orders will ship within 10 business days.
